Shipping Policy

At The Wireless Guitar, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.

    • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses (China & US) to the destination. Delivery may take up to 25 business days due to the logistics issue around the Globe. US orders are shipped by e-packet (US Postal Service Product).
      International shipping is also available, and we will provide you with tracking information.

How can I track my item?

When your order is shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This number allows you to easily track the whereabouts of your order. Tracking data will not update until 1 day later so do not worry if your tracking number doesn't work immediately.

Taxes and duties

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. The Wireless Guitar is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.
